The loofah, also known as luffa or sponge gourd, is a fibrous plant that, when matured, develops into a sponge-like texture that is commonly used for exfoliation and scrubbing.
How it works:
The Soap: a super-moisturizing glycerin soap that feels so good on your skin minus the drying out.
Embedded Loofah: A piece of natural loofah sponge is embedded within the soap.
Exfoliation: When you use loofa soap in the bath or shower, the loofah provides a gentle exfoliating effect on your skin. As you lather the soap and gently scrub your body, the loofah helps remove dead skin cells, dirt, and impurities, leaving your skin feeling smoother and refreshed.
Cleansing: In addition to exfoliation, the soap base itself cleanses your skin, just like regular soap. It helps remove dirt, oils, and grime, leaving you clean and refreshed after your bath or shower.
